CNC Foam Cutting Machine for Horizontal Contour Cutting of Foam Blocks with Rotate Turntable

The CNC foam cutting machine adopts oscillating blade for good cutting results, which is the second generation of foam cutter self developed by our company for cutting flexible PU foam, such as regular foam, memory foam, HR foam, and some latex and rebond foam.

The horizontal CNC contour cutter is designed with turntable, providing high flexibility, adapting to double-sided foam contour cutting in an efficient manner, such as for cutting pyramid, more complicated mattresses, pillows and furniture. Thanks to the turntable, finished products can be cut directly from this foam cutting machine, without moving foam block to another foam cutter.

The foam cutting machine optionally features motorized conveyor belt turntable, which can be easily integrated to the existing cutting line, to shorten the downtime and save man-power

Because of high cutting accuracy, dust-free cutting and simple operation, this CNC foam cutting machine is ideally suitable for use in the production of foam, mattress, and furniture, etc.
